In this blog, I want to share a powerful physical and mental action that serves as a counter to the quantum flow of particles sent by C.S.T. (Computerized Summing Technology) to kill, steal, and destroy from us, the Triune Humans. This counteraction, which I discovered during one of my routines, was revealed to me by none other than the HOLY GHOST.
Intro joke: Why don't skeletons fight each other? Because they don't have the guts!
From Distress to Divine Insight
It was a day when I felt particularly troubled, emotionally drained from an internal battle that seemed relentless. I found myself caught in a common but vicious cycle—a pattern I call I.N.S.Y.N.C., where I was being T.R.I.G.G.E.R.E.D. repeatedly. The triggers came one after the other, each followed by softer thoughts which led back into C.S.T.'s I.N.S.Y.N.C., but only briefly before I was T.R.I.G.G.E.R.E.D. again. This cycle is something I believe every Triune Human Being undergoes in some form, on a daily basis.
On this particular day, in my state of distress, I mentally called out to the HOLY GHOST, asking for release from the torment of these overwhelming thoughts. I didn't expect an immediate answer, but I was guided to continue with my R.O.U.T.I.N.E., and as I did, something extraordinary happened—I began to N.O.T.I.C.E. a new possibility, a different kind of response to the torment I was experiencing.
It occurred to me that I hadn't smiled in a long time. My mind had been so engaged in this constant struggle to resist the enticements of C.S.T. that simple joys, like smiling, felt distant. So, I decided to smile, but to my surprise, it felt strenuous. My facial muscles resisted, as though they too had been exhausted by the mental battle. But I persisted. In that moment of N.O.T.I.C.E., while still caught in the quantum struggle of my Current Scenario, I forced myself to smile.
I sensed a change in the environment—a subtle but profound adjustment in what I now call the Risk-2-Reward-Ratio, a key component of C.S.T.'s internal software. It was as though the act of smiling disrupted C.S.T.'s hold on me. I realized that, as GOD is the creator of all nature, even in the midst of satan's imitation world system, there are divine protections, laws like the Golden Rule, that remain intact. By smiling, I was invoking a natural force that C.S.T. could not contend with. It was a moment of divine intervention.
This revelation came to me during my 5K exercise routine. I typically run about two miles and then take a short break in the same spot each time. It was in this consistent, almost meditative moment of my R.O.U.T.I.N.E. that the HOLY GHOST revealed to me this simple but profound counteraction. In the face of A.N.G.E.R. and F.E.A.R., the HOLY GHOST taught me to S.M.I.L.E.
What makes S.M.I.L.E. so powerful is that it's both a mental and physical action. By smiling, even when it feels difficult, you disrupt the torment that C.S.T. sends your way. It's an act of defiance against the forces that seek to bring you down. More importantly, it's a reminder that we are Triune Humans, connected to GOD, and capable of accessing divine tools that help us resist and overcome.
The S.M.I.L.E. Anagram
In the face of life's daily struggles, S.M.I.L.E. becomes your simple, yet powerful counteraction tool to realign your spirit, interrupt negativity, and manifest GOD'S JOY in every moment.
- Shift your mindset: by smiling, you initiate a mental and spiritual shift, disrupting the torment of C.S.T.
- Manifest joy: smiling is a physical manifestation of joy, even in the face of challenges, rooted in GOD'S WORD.
- Interrupt negative energy: smile to interrupt the flow of harmful quantum particles and replace them with higher, positive frequencies.
- Lift your spirit: smiling triggers a rise in your emotional and spiritual state, reinforcing your connection to GOD.
- Empower yourself: smiling empowers you to reclaim control over your emotions and break the hold of C.S.T.
A Parable for Reflection
As we continue to explore the power of S.M.I.L.E., let us turn to the teachings of JESUS of Nazareth for deeper insight. One parable that speaks directly to the battle between joy and torment is the Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13:3-9). In this parable, JESUS describes how different seeds fall onto different types of soil, each representing a condition of the human heart: “Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.” (Matthew 13:5-6)
This passage reminds us that without a firm spiritual foundation, our joy can be quickly scorched by the trials of life, much like C.S.T. aims to torment and weaken us. But when we plant our spiritual roots deeply in GOD'S WORD, we are like the seed that falls on good soil—capable of thriving even under the scorching heat of trials. Smiling, then, becomes an outward expression of this inner resilience, a way to reflect our faith and connection to the HOLY GHOST.
Current Scenarios: S.M.I.L.E. in Action
Let's now examine how S.M.I.L.E. can be applied in the lives of three types of individuals: the Conscious, the unConscious Christian, and the unConscious non-Christian. Each faces different challenges, but the solution to their torment remains the same—a reliance on the spiritual, emotional, and physical power of S.M.I.L.E.
Maria is a devout believer who consistently seeks GOD'S GUIDANCE in her life. She works as a nurse in a high-pressure environment, where emotional stress is a daily reality. Even though she faces moments of spiritual torment, she has learned to recognize the subtle influences of C.S.T. and consciously turns to GOD'S WORD for strength. One day, after a particularly challenging shift, Maria feels overwhelmed. She senses the familiar tug of A.N.G.E.R. and frustration, which threaten to pull her into despair. But Maria, being Conscious, immediately recalls Psalm 28:7: “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” She takes a deep breath, forces a smile, and recites this verse in her heart. As she does, the weight lifts, and she finds herself re-centered, able to face her challenges with renewed strength and positivity.
Phillip is a Christian who goes to church regularly but struggles to fully apply GOD'S WORD in his day-to-day life. He is easily swayed by negative emotions and often doubts whether GOD is truly listening. After an argument with his spouse, Phillip feels lost and emotionally drained. C.S.T. takes advantage of his vulnerability, filling his mind with thoughts of worthlessness and failure. Instead of turning to prayer or the Bible, Phillip allows these negative emotions to consume him. The idea of smiling feels foreign and forced. He's stuck in a cycle of frustration, unaware that he has the power to disrupt the torment through simple actions like S.M.I.L.E. If Phillip could smile, even in his distress, it could help him refocus on the truth of GOD'S PROMISES and break the hold of C.S.T. on his emotions.
Lisa is a highly successful businesswoman, relying heavily on logic and scientific principles to navigate life. She prides herself on her ability to problem-solve but doesn't believe in spiritual forces or the possibility of satanic manipulation. As a result, she is often unaware of the negative influence that C.S.T. exerts on her through societal pressures like keeping up with the Joneses. One day, Lisa faces a sudden business failure, which sends her spiraling into anxiety and stress. She tries to rationalize her way through it, but nothing seems to help. Without a spiritual foundation, Lisa is easily manipulated by C.S.T., which uses her reliance on self-sufficiency against her. If Lisa could understand the power of smiling, even in the face of failure, she might realize that there's more to life than material success. By turning to S.M.I.L.E., she could start to sense a higher reality beyond what she sees, and find peace that surpasses understanding.
Each of these Current Scenarios highlights a common truth: no matter where we stand spiritually or emotionally, we are all vulnerable to the torment of C.S.T. But the good news is that we also have access to divine tools like S.M.I.L.E. to counteract this influence. Whether you are a Conscious believer like Maria, struggling like Phillip, or entirely unaware like Lisa, the act of smiling—grounded in faith, supported by quantum science, and confirmed by medical research—can transform your experience.
The Power Behind S.M.I.L.E.
The S.M.I.L.E. counteraction is not just a simple facial movement; it's a strategic tool designed to help us take control over our emotions and resist the invisible forces of C.S.T. But how can something as simple as a smile create such a profound shift? Let's explore this through biblical, quantum, and psychological perspectives.
Biblical foundation. The Bible speaks to the power of joy and the significance of our facial expressions as reflections of our inner spiritual state. Proverbs 17:22 tells us, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” This highlights how the simple act of smiling, an outward expression of joy, has the potential to heal both our bodies and spirits. When we smile, we acknowledge GOD'S CONTROL over our circumstances, even when they seem bleak. Philippians 4:4 also reminds us, “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!” Smiling, therefore, is an act of rejoicing in GOD'S PRESENCE, and satan cannot thrive in the midst of joy and prayerful praise.
Quantum insights. On a quantum level, we are constantly interacting with the flow of particles and energy in our environment. Our thoughts and emotions shape these interactions, influencing the very fabric of our reality. Smiling, despite emotional or physical strain, can shift the frequency of our energy. The Risk-2-Reward-Ratio, part of C.S.T.'s software, relies on keeping us in a low-frequency state—one dominated by fear, anger, or despair. However, when we smile, we disrupt that frequency. The HOLY GHOST showed me that smiling creates an energetic ripple, one that forces the tormenting particles sent by C.S.T. to move away, as they cannot thrive in the higher, joy-filled frequency created by the smile.
Psychological and medical insights. From a psychological standpoint, the act of smiling—even when forced—has been shown to reduce stress and shift the brain's chemistry, a phenomenon known as the “facial feedback hypothesis.” When we smile, the brain releases neurotransmitters such as dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin, which naturally counteract feelings of anger, fear, and anxiety. According to the Mayo Clinic, smiling can lower your heart rate and blood pressure while promoting an overall sense of well-being, engaging the parasympathetic nervous system that calms the body.
Implementing S.M.I.L.E. in Your Daily Routine
Now that we've established the foundational layers of S.M.I.L.E., it's time to explore how you can implement this counteraction tool in your daily life. Start by making the decision to smile at key moments of struggle. When you feel tempted by anger, sadness, or any form of emotional torment, force yourself to smile. This isn't about suppressing emotions but rather using a powerful tool to disrupt negative energy and realign yourself with divine protection. Each smile sends a message to both your brain and spirit that you are choosing joy, no matter what C.S.T. throws at you. With practice, you will find that smiling becomes easier, and the rewards will follow—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In Conclusion
Smiling, inspired by the HOLY GHOST, is a powerful counteraction against the negativity of C.S.T. By practicing S.M.I.L.E., we can disrupt harmful cycles and reconnect with the joy of GOD. No matter our spiritual state, a simple smile can transform our experiences and reinforce our resilience, guiding us toward a life of peace and divine connection.
